Tell us about the proposal!
Ryan planned the whole thing with our two best friends who we often double date with! The plan was to go to Longwood Gardens, for what I thought was part of our friend’s birthday celebration, which I soon found out was not the case. As we were walking the gardens, we were approaching one of the waterfalls, which Ryan walked ahead of us to go look at but quickly turned back and walked up to it with the rest of us. Our friends had asked to stop and take a picture in front of the waterfall, so when it was our turn for the picture, Ryan got down on one knee and asked! Afterward, he surprised me with all of our family and friends back at my parents house to celebrate!
We met through mutual friends in our high school political science class Senior Year. On our first official date, we went to the movies and saw 21 Jump Street. We love traveling, golfing, spending time with family and friends, enjoying a few drinks, and going out for Mexican Food.
