Wissahickon Park Engagement Session – Julie + Justin

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful it feels being back doing what we love most! Earlier this week, we met up with Justin and Julie in their own backyard of Wissahickon Park! These two frequent the park with their dog, June and it was the perfect place to spend an evening with these sweet, adventurous souls.

All about the proposal!

“Justin and I were at his family’s hunting camp in the mountains for a weekend of fishing and kayaking with his parents. We woke up Saturday morning and headed out for a fishing trip, just the two of us, with plans to meet back up with his parents later on. So we set out – unshowered, wearing old clothes and baseball hats. Along the winding roads, Jutt pulled over at a lookout spot on the mountain side, basically jumped out of the car, stuck his GoPro on the top of the roof and ran over to open my door and let me out of the car. My confusion dissolved into pure happiness as he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!”

What are you looking forward to most on the wedding day?
Julie: I can’t wait to get MARRIED to the man I love and have all of our friends and family together to celebrate. We can’t wait to start this new chapter of our lives.
Justin: I think the world of my family, my friends, those who have shaped me into who I am today, and most importantly my future wife. So this special day is going to be more than I can ask for. All the people that mean the most to me will be coming together to celebrate an amazing milestone in Julie and I’s lives together.
